This is a lovely Edwardian sterling silver trinket box in a tear drop shape measuring 3 1/2” (9 cms) wide x 2” (5 cms) deep x 1 1/4” (3.5 cms) high and weighing 59.2 grams/1.9 troy oz.
It is hallmarked for Chester 1901 with the silversmiths mark for William Neale.
It has a decoration of a ladies head wearing a bonnet on the lid and is gilded inside - all in great condition and with absolutely no faults.
