This is a lovely little antique Georgian sterling silver vinaigrette hallmarked for Birmingham 1824 with the silversmiths mark for John Bettridge
It measures 1" (2.5 cms) across x 3/4" (2 cms) and is in very good condition with no damage at all.
It has a hinged lid which opens to reveal the silver gilt grille which has lovely decoration.
There are no inscriptions or monograms and it weighs 11.3 grams / 0.36 troy ounce.
