This is a super antique Victorian sterling silver trinket box with two compartments inside measuring 4 3/4" (12 cms) x 2 1/2" (6.5 cms) x 1 3/4" (4.5 cms) high.
It's hallmarked for London 1889 with the silversmiths mark for William Comyns.
It weighs 157.7 grams/5 troy oz and is in excellent condition (any marks you can see in the photos are just reflections) .
