This is a beautiful antique Edwardian tortoiseshell and sterling silver desk top letter clip.
It measures 3 1/4″ (8.5 cms) x 2 1/4″ (5.5 cms) across and is in excellent condition.
The tortoiseshell has beautiful colour and lovely silver pique inlay and the clip springs properly.
It’s hallmarked for London 1907 with the silversmiths mark for William Comyns.
This is a superb item and is in excellent condition.
