This is a superb antique Georgian sterling silver 4 egg cruet set in excellent condition with no dings, dents, damage or repairs.
The stand and egg cups are hallmarked for London 1812 with the silversmiths mark for Joseph Angell I and the 4 spoons are hallmarked for London 1804 with the silversmiths mark for William Eley & William Fearn.
The base measures 4 3/4″ (12 cms) x 4 3/4″ (12 cms) x 7″ (18 cms) tall to the top of the handle.
It holds the four egg cups and spoons which are all gilded and all items are beautiful and in excellent condition.
This is a lovely set by a top quality silversmith and very impressive – it weighs 535 grams the lot.
