This is a superb antique Georgian sterling silver sugar jug measuring 6 3/4″ (17 cms) across from handle to spout x 4 1/2″ (11.5 cms) deep x 4 1/4″ (11 cms) high to the top of the handle.
It's hallmarked for London 1829 with the silversmiths mark for William Hunter II.
It’s in excellent condition (any marks you can see are just reflections) and weighs 290 grams/9.3 troy oz.
It's gilded inside and has beautiful decoration with no inscriptions or monograms.
