This is a beautiful antique sterling silver and tortoiseshell trinket box measuring 3 1/4″ (13 cms) across x 2″ (5 cms) high.
It’s hallmarked for Birmingham 1914 with the silversmiths mark for Horton & Allday.
Inside is lined in a cream silk padded material which is all in excellent condition and perfectly usable.
The tortoiseshell lid has super colour and has lovely silver pique decoration in the centre.
