This is a beautiful antique Victorian sterling silver heart shape trinket box with super decoration measuring 2 3/4" (7 cms) across x 3" (7.5 cms) x 1 1/2" (4 cm) high and in excellent condition with no damage or repairs.
It's hallmarked for Chester 1894 with the silversmiths mark for William Aitken.
Inside is gilded and is nice and clean and perfectly usable, there are no inscriptions or monograms and it weighs 73 grams/2.3 troy oz .
