This is a beautiful antique late Victorian sterling silver heart shape trinket box with super decoration measuring 3 3/4" (9.5 cms) across x 3 1/4" (8 cms) x 1 1/2" (4 cm) high and in excellent condition with no damage or repairs.
It's hallmarked for Chester 1900 with the silversmiths mark for George Nathan & Ridley Hayes.
Inside is gilded and is nice and clean and perfectly usable, there are no inscriptions or monograms and it weighs 101.5 grams / 3.26 troy oz.
