Antique Victorian Sterling Silver Jug 18727371
This is a super quality antique Victorian sterling silver jug measuring 3 3/4 (9.5 cms) across including the handle x 2 1/2″ (6.5 cms) deep x 2 3/4″ (7 cms) high to the top of the spout and hallmarked for London 1872 with the silversmiths mark for Richard Sibley II.
It weighs 150 grams, has the original gilding inside and is in excellent condition.
Everything about this little jug shouts quality – it has tavern scenes around the jug, shits on shell feet, has a little man sitting on top of the handle and has a head underneath the spout.
