Pair of Antique Georgian Sterling Silver Chambersticks – Garrards 18288157
This is a super pair of antique Georgian hallmarked sterling silver chambersticks with snuffers each measuring 4 1/4" (11 cms) tall to the top of the snuffers with the bases measuring 6" (15 cms) across.
They're hallmarked for London 1828 with the silversmiths mark for Robert Garrard II and both are marked underneath 'Garrards, Panton St, London'.
They have matching armorial crests which you can see in the photos and are particularly nice as they each have a little holder for the taper stick.
Both are in excellent condition with no damage at all, they have superb decoration and weigh 975 grams the pair.
They come complete with original snuffers which have matching crests and hallmarks as do the removable sconces.
