Pair of Antique Victorian Sterling Silver Gilt 14″ Baskets / Dishes 1896739
This is a stunning large pair of antique Victorian sterling silver gilt dishes/baskets each measuring 14″ (36 cms) x 10 1/2″ (27 cms) x 3 1/2″ (9 cms) high to the rim.
They weigh 1428 grams the pair and are hallmarked for London 1897 with the silversmiths mark for William Comyns.
They are in absolutely superb condition with no damage at all and have beautiful pierced decoration all round.
They sit on beautiful pierced bases and are marked underneath Charles Carroll who we assume was the original owner.
This are a top quality beautiful pair of dishes which would make a fantastic addition to any collection.
